Credit Cards Accepted - We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa
Shipments - We only use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing Ground-Shipped orders. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
International Shipments - If your order is to be shipped out of the United States you may be subject to custom's duty charges that are regulated by your country (Note: Mardi Gras Supplies has NO knowledge of what the duty charges will be/ might be).
Orders received by 3:00 PM (CST) Monday - Friday will be shipped that same business day. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Out Of Stock Items - In the event that your order contains items that are out of stock, those items will be removed from the order and the remainder of the order will be shipped to you. If you do not want a partial shipment then you will need to specify this in the comments section of your order by simply stating "Please do not ship partial order". If you do receive a partial shipment and would still like the items that were out of stock then you will need to place another order once the items are back in stock.

Any instructions put into the comments section can result in your order being delayed. It is your responsibility to make yourself available to discuss any questions about your order. Mardi Gras Supplies is not responsible for any delays or problems caused by us not being able to communicate with you about your order.
Next Day Air Orders processed on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday Delivery service is selected.
Price Changes - Prices can vary and will be subject to change without notification.
During our peak season absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted for sales made between January 15, 2017 and March 18, 2017. There will be no exchanges, refunds, or store credits issued during this time period. This policy is set due to the high peak season demand for the products we sell.
This is not because we do not stand by our products, this is a commonly set policy used by highly seasonal retailers.
There will be a 25% Restocking Charge on all returned purchases. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exchanges or refunds after 5 days from purchase date. All claims must be filed within 3 days of receiving date. Important Note: Absolutely all sales are ALWAYS final NO EXCHANGES AND NO RETURNS on costumes, jewelry, dolls, umbrellas, decorations, hats, feather, face, or ceramic masks.
