- All orders placed and paid by 1:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday will be shipped in one to three business days.
- The delivery times could be affected by problems processing your payment or contacting you to resolve any problems with your order
- When your order is shipped an email is sent from UPS or FedEx with your shipments tracking information. You will then receive an email from us with the total charges applied to your credit card
- If your order is to be shipped out of the United States you may be subject to custom's duty charges that are regulated by your country. (Mardi Gras Supplies has NO knowledge of what the duty charges will or might be). USA customs tariff is 7018.10.0090 its free duty , for other countries we do not know , check with customs in your country
- We do not allow customers to charge shipping fees to their own UPS or FedEx Accounts.
- We do not process your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

- Out Of Stock Items - In the event that your order contains items that are out of stock, those items will be removed from the order and the remainder of the order will be shipped to you. If you do not want a partial shipment then you will need to specify this in the comments section of your order by simply stating "Please do not ship partial order". If you do receive a partial shipment and would still like the items that were out of stock then you will need to place another order once the items are back in stock.
- For those who want to visit our store we offer "In-Store Pickup" option. Just select this option during checkout. A person who picks up your order in the store must present his or her Photo ID and the Credit Card the order is paid or a photo copy of the FRONT of the Credit Card.
- We may require a Copy of the Credit Card if the SHIP TO address and the BILL TO address are different and or the total amount $ of your order is over our company policy.
Any instructions put into the comments section can result in your order being delayed. It is your responsibility to make yourself available to discuss any questions about your order. Mardi Gras Supplies is not responsible for any delays or problems caused by us not being able to communicate with you about your order.
